Dependent on yard size we will determine what model robotic mower will maintain your yard, so you will have the perfect lawn everyday.
We only bill for February through November. Starting in December we will begin picking up the robotic mowers from customers. During the winter months we update firmware, perform any factory updates, replace any parts that fall into a warranty category. If, for any reason than natural wear and tear parts that need be replaced due to neglect, the customer will receive an invoice to cover the cost of a service call, and/or any broken or damaged parts to the robotic mower or installation.
The pricing above does not include installation. Installation and complexity prices will be determined when we perform the evaluation . At the time of agreement, the installation cost and first months subscription fee will be invoiced. This will need to be paid in full before installation can begin.
Our subscription robotic mower customers will provide access to a grounded weatherproofed 110v outlet near the charging station. Location will be determined and agreed upon at the evaluation stage.
Our customers will need to download our free of charge app to their smartphone and create an account in order to get status of the robotic mower, and control of the scheduler.
HiTech Yards will not perform physical resets, or if the unit becomes stuck/trapped. If there is an installation issue due to installation HiTech Yards will correct the issue at no cost to the customer. If there is an installation issue due to an unnatural cause the subscriber will pay a trip charge and service fee.
